Depuis cet été je me baigne chaque semaine plusieurs fois par semaine sur la côte d azur Je compte continuer toute l année pour la première fois Et les bains de mer sont juste exceptionnels Un bien être exceptionnel!! J ai fait beaucoup de crises d angoisse donc un peu compliqué au début l eau froide mais l effet anxiolitque énorme est au rendez-vous !! For ice baths , start with cold showers gradually. From hot or warm , finish with cool or cold. 30” first day , 45” second or third day etc .Eventually, after months, ice baths ( you can control the temperature also) , if you get a chest freezer.

I fell hard on pavement the other day. The following day my back, neck and right side of my body were killing me. Out of desperation, I went to a health spa here that has sauna and cold plunge. I did 4 cycles and went to bed. Today I feel so much better!! The pain is greatly diminished. I feel like I'll be completely better tomorrow.

Créer des piscines à vagues , oui ! Mais quand j'entends dire que l'on sait créer des reefs artificiels , j'ai juste envie de vomir ! Ne fait on déjà pas assez de mal à la planète pour du fric ? Et nos loisirs méritent ils que l'on en fasse plus encore ? Pas là pour faire mon vieux baba cool mais le surf est aussi une certaine harmonie avec la nature , et la beauté de certains spots est aussi du a leur rareté ...Profitons de ce qu'elle nous donne , et arrêtons de la façonner selon nos désirs , on voit déjà le mal , parfois irreversible ,que l'on a fait dans bien des domaines !!
